Our reliably clumsy police officer abuses his power by stopping random drivers on the street and forcing them to pass an alcool test. However, when his alcohol breathalyzer fails him, he resorts another test… that involves the classic walk and turn DUI test that he tries to demonstrate how do walk the line but does it while holding a set of keys with the purpose of tricking his victims into thinking its their keys thus dropping them in the street sewer and making them panic!
